Do you serve lunch? We serve dinner only, from 7pm each evening except for Tuesday when the team take a rest.

What time is breakfast served? Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 10am. Should you require an earlier breakfast, please inform us in advance and we will gladly accommodate your early departure.

Is Jacket and Tie required in the restaurant? Gentlemen are not required to wear jacket and tie. Our dress code is smart casual.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?  We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy allowing you 48 hours prior to arrival to cancel your booking without charge. Rooms cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged in full unless we manage to resell the room.

Accommodation.

What time is check in? Check in any time from 3pm. Check out prior to noon.

How can I cancel or modify my booking? Use the link provided in the email you would have received when making the reservation. This email can sometimes be hiding in your ‘junk’ folder.

Can I use a voucher toward my bill on check out? Both Mustard Seed vouchers and Irelands Blue Book vouchers are gladly accepted, and the value of the voucher will be deducted from your bill on departure.

How many pet friendly rooms are there in the hotel? We have two pet friendly rooms – a deluxe suite and the Courtyard Mews apartment.
